Busy day today and physical therapy went OK considering I pulled the muscles in my upper right thigh trying to stand up on Saturday.

1st PT
7 days Post Op from my total right knee
replacement -been home for 4 days now. My card from my sister Lisa was a
big hit with my surgeon and the nurses at Valley Medical Joint and
Spine Center.
